To support businesses, Google is expanding its messaging over Maps & Searches. It will help enterprises integrate messages directly into their customer service platform.

A unique improvement by google was the transition from automated replies to a smooth response by a customer service agent to provide customers with uninterrupted service.
Walmart, Woolworths, and other colossal industries have partnered with Google to run a specimen of the Business Message Functionality. MyGov from India is also a part of it.
Google also mentioned MyGov has partnered with Amplify.ai to answer live questions on COVID-19 helplines and ways to volunteer and provide food and shelter to more than 11,000 people across India.
Communication tools on search are enhanced to make the organization more instructive, and soon, people will be able to enjoy it on mobile websites.
Currently, the feature is available in English but soon will be accessible in other languages as well.
